How to link your free TripIt mobile app to your account

Seeing your trips on our main site (www.tripit.com) but not on your mobile phone?  Make sure you’ve linked your
app to your TripIt account.  Instructions for linking all three (Android, Blackberry, iPhone) apps can be found below.

Android:

BlackBerry:

  • Confirm that your time & time zone settings are accurate on your Blackberry (i.e. set to the actual time for your current location).
  • Sign-out of the TripIt app and m.tripit.com.
  • Without invoking the app, confirm you can sign-in to m.tripit.com directly from your browser on your phone.
  •  If you can sign-in to m.tripit.com successfully, start the app, and check the 'grant access' box when you sign-on.

If you encounter any problems, remove the app and install the latest version from BlackBerry's App World.  For more info, see http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/7259?lang=en
