Not receiving SMS verification code

If you have a U.S. phone number and are not receiving the SMS verification code try texting HELP to 97636.  If you receive a response from 4info that usually is an indication that the issue has been resolved.  After doing this, please try the verification process again.  Please note it can take up to one day for the verification code to be sent.

If texting HELP did not solve the problem, it's possible your carrier has blocked our short code 97636.  Please contact them to confirm whether this is the case.  They should be able to unblock it for you.  Once you've done this, try verifying your number again.
