You can subscribe to an RSS feed of activity in TripIt.

Step 1 – After signing in to your TripIt account (at www.tripit.com) and clicking on your user name in the upper right of any page, select ‘Settings’ > ‘Publishing your data’. 

Step 2 – On your 'Publishing your data' page, click on ‘RSS’ to the right of ‘Your network feed’

Step 3 - On the pop-up that appears select your feed.
