FlightTrack Pro is a third-party app (not a product of TripIt) and it is best that you contact their support for assistance.

*Note: All past trip travel should fall off of your app within 24 hours of the last trip segment.  Deleting your past trip travel on the TripIt website will result in the permanent loss of the historical record of your trip and all related profile information, including locations and other travel stats.
