The sign-in credentials you are trying to store in our system could be different from your airline account.
Try signing in to the program's website directly. Example: You can sign-in to a VirginAmerica Elevate account at the
Virgin America website
Update your sign in credentials on the TripIt
Point Tracker
page.
The airline might be requiring action from you following sign-in.
Sign in to the program's website directly.
Follow any instructions given to you after signing in (updating your account, closing a promotional page, etc.).
Verify that the error is cleared on the TripIt
Point Tracker
page.
