On January 31, 2022, we retired TripIt for Teams.
As of this date, TripIt for Teams features such as the team calendar and dashboard have been removed. Trips that you originally created or own will remain in your account.
Access to travel plans
Access to existing upcoming/past Team trips ended on July 1, 2022. After July 1, 2022, you will not have access to any Team trips that you did not originally create or own. If you want to retain any of these trips, contact the trip owner/traveler and ask them to invite you to the trip using TripIt’s traditional share function.
How to continue to share your trip details with others
- You can utilize TripIt’s share function to invite others to be a viewer or editor of your trip.
- TripIt Pro users can take advantage of Inner Circle to instantly send travel plans to a select group of family, friends, or colleagues.
Travel Arrangers
- There is a basic way for a travel arranger to add a trip on another traveler's behalf. If interested, please check out our Travel Arrangershelp page.
- Our travel arranger program is meant to support arrangers/managers assisting a small number or group of travelers. It is not designed to support travel agencies, TMCS, large corporate travel bookings or to share/monitor trips for large numbers of people from a single account.
- If you are an SAP Concur user, please check out our SAP Concur: Travel Arrangers help page.
Billing
Billing ended on December 6, 2021, and feature access ended on January 31, 2022.
Why this happened
As we have evaluated our product investments to provide the most benefit to our customers, we have decided to retire TripIt for Teams.
