Create a team: The first thing you’ll want to do with TripIt for Teams is create your teams. Each team can be customised to fit the different needs of your travellers. View our help page for more details.
Accept a team invitation: The travellers and admins you add to a team must accept your invitation before they are actually added to a team. View our help page for additional information.
Add a trip: If admins have been given permission to manage their traveller’s trips, our help video shows how an admin can create a new trip for their traveller. View our help page for more details.
Edit an existing team: If the owner or an admin needs to edit an existing team, they can do so at any time. View our help page for additional information.
Travel Calendar: Team members can view the travel details of other team members in a convenient calendar view. You can sort by team or traveller(s) name. View our help page for additional information.
Travel Dashboard: Another useful tool is the travel dashboard. The travel dashboard displays the past and current trips for all travellers along with other features. View our help page for additional information.
Add Pro: With TripIt for Teams, any user associated with your Team subscription can get TripIt Pro for $3/month. This is a per-traveller add-on for TripIt for Teams and 33% off the normal TripIt Pro price. Only the owner can add TripIt Pro for other Team users. View our help page for additional information.
