Inbox Sync (formerly Auto-Import) or manually forward a cancellation email for a flight, hotel or car rental from one of our supported suppliers (listed below) to email@example.com to remove the reservation from your itinerary.
How it works:
- Inbox Sync or forward your cancellation email to firstname.lastname@example.org from one of our supported suppliers.
- Open your trip on our Android and/or iOS apps.
- Tap Needs Review next to the cancelled plan to approve removing the plan.
This feature is only available through the TripIt app for car, hotel and flights. If you are viewing your trip on our website and/or have forwarded a cancellation email from an unsupported supplier, you can delete the cancelled plan from your itinerary manually.
