Inbox Sync (formerly Auto-Import) or manually forward a cancellation email for a flight, hotel or car rental from one of our supported suppliers (listed below) to plans@tripit.com to remove the reservation from your itinerary.
How it works:
- Inbox Sync or forward your cancellation email to plans@tripit.com from one of our supported suppliers.
- Open your trip on our Android and/or iOS apps.
- Tap Needs Review next to the cancelled plan to approve removing the plan.
Supported Suppliers:
This feature is only available through the TripIt app for car, hotel and flights. If you are viewing your trip on our website and/or have forwarded a cancellation email from an unsupported supplier, you can delete the cancelled plan from your itinerary manually.
