TripIt for Teams Glossary of Terms
Administrator: An administrator views and manages the itineraries for authorised travellers and creates teams.
Travel Calendar: A travel calendar will display the trip details for all team members.
Owner: The owner initially created the TripIt for Teams account and is the only user with access to TripIt for Teams billing. The owner is automatically an administrator.
Spend Report: TripIt for Team administrators can view the trip costs of their travellers using the spend report feature.
Travel Dashboard: A travel administrator can view their traveller's trips and add new ones from the travel dashboard
Traveller: A traveller has authorised an administrator to manage their travel and their trips will appear in the travel calendar.
