You can end your TripIt Pro subscription at any time.
When you cancel your Pro subscription, your account will remain Pro for the full term of your current subscription.
TripIt Pro free trial
If you are currently in a Pro free trial and do not wish to continue with an annual subscription, you will need to cancel prior to the end of the 30th day of your trial to prevent your credit card being charged.
How to cancel:
- Sign into your TripIt Pro account on our website.
- Click your user name (top right) > Settings > Billing information.
- Click the Cancel TripIt Pro link.
TripIt Pro renewal
If you are in a current annual Pro subscription and do not wish to renew for another year, you will need to cancel your subscription before the renewal date to prevent a charge to your credit card.
How to cancel:
- Sign into your TripIt Pro account on our website.
- Click your user name (top right) > Settings > Billing information.
- Click the Cancel TripIt Pro link.
TripIt Pro purchased through Apple
If your TripIt Pro subscription was purchased through Apple, your cancellation must be processed on your iOS device. For detailed instructions, please view the Apple support page on viewing, changing or cancelling your subscriptions.
Please note:
- All fees and charges already made to your credit card in line with the user agreement consented to at time of sign-up are non-refundable. This includes charges that were made due to not cancelling your free trial prior to the end of the trial period and for annual renewals of non-cancelled subscriptions.
