Some Point Tracker accounts require answering a security question.
As an added layer of protection, some rewards programmes require their users to set a security question and answer in addition to a user name and password when they create their accounts.
If you see a Point Tracker alert asking you to answer a security question, click the Answer security question link. You'll see your security question; just enter the answer you set on the provider website and click Save to continue.
Some programmes may require you to answer multiple questions. If you see the security question alert again, follow the same steps above to access your account.
If you need to reset your security question or need assistance with your programme credentials, please visit the programme website. TripIt cannot help you reset your reward programme credentials with the programme provider.
