TripIt has partnered with APEX to give you the opportunity to rate your flight experience, right from the TripIt mobile app.
We’ve teamed up with the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) to provide you with an easy way to share feedback about your flight. This information will help shape the future in-flight experience for you and other travellers.
How does this work?
The next time you open your TripIt mobile app after taking a flight, you may notice a prompt asking you to provide feedback on your in-flight experience. Your anonymous feedback will then be shared with APEX and used to determine how satisfied travellers are with the airlines they fly.
Why is TripIt partnering with APEX?
By partnering with APEX, we’re able to get your feedback into the hands of an organisation that will advocate on your behalf for better in-flight experiences.
Which flights will travellers be able to rate?
To make sure we’re not disrupting your day, we put a few guidelines in place:
- We only ask for feedback on the last flight you took.
- We only ask for feedback on a specific number of flights per day.
- If you do not respond within a week of your flight, you’ll no longer see the prompt asking for your feedback.
Can I opt out?
Yes, you can dismiss the request to rate your flight right from the prompt. If you have dismissed a prompt before, you can also opt out of receiving flight ratings prompts in the future.
