Handling itinerary cancelations

Forward a cancelation email for a flight, hotel, or car rental from one of our supported vendors to plans@tripit.com to remove the reservation from your itinerary.

How it works:

  1. Forward your cancelation email to plans@tripit.com from one of our supported vendors.
  2. Open your trip on our Android and/or iOS apps.
  3. Tap Needs Review next to the canceled plan to approve removing the plan.

This feature is only available through the TripIt app for car, hotel and flights. If you are viewing your trip on our website and/or have forwarded a cancelation email from an unsupported vendor, you can manually delete the canceled plan from your itinerary.
