Resolve Conflict

Resolve a flight conflict on our website or Android and iOS apps.

If you see a conflict displayed on a specific flight segment in your itinerary, it means we have received conflicting versions of your itinerary and need you to confirm which is current. 

Web

1. Click the Conflicting Plans button.

2. We will display all versions of the plan you have submitted with the most recent pre-selected and listed at the top of the page.

3. Select the most current flight details and click Save this version.

Android

1. Select the flight segment associated with the conflict.

2. Tap Screen_Shot_2018-11-27_at_1.23.34_PM.png (top right of screen).

3. We will display all versions of the plan you submitted and you'll just need to select the most current flight and tap Keep Selected Version.

iOS

1. Tap the flight segment associated with the conflict.

2. Tap Resolve.

3. We will display all versions of the plan you submitted and you'll just need to select the most current flight and tap Keep Selected Version.
