Updates: 

  •  Android mobile app: The TripIt Travel Organizer app v8.4 for Android was released on February 26th. Have a question about TripIt? The Help Center, available from the More tab, has answers. If you would like to contact us, now you can add screenshots when sending a question or feedback to our support team.We made some updates to reduce crashes and improve stability.Please update your Android devices!
  • iOS mobile app: The TripIt Travel Organizer app v11.4 for iOS was released on February 26th.The redesigned “Pro” tab for TripIt Pro users helps you access and learn about all the features available to you. Now you can go to one place to search interactive airport maps, activate Go Now to remind you when to leave for the airport, explore international travel tools for any country, add reward programs to Point Tracker, and access other features.Have a question about TripIt? The Help Center, available from the More tab, has answers. If you would like to contact us, now you can add screenshots when sending a question or feedback to our support team.We fixed a bug that prevented adding additional flight segments.. Please update your iOS devices!
  • Passwords: Account passwords now require a minimum of nine characters including at least one non-number or letter. 
  • Support: The TripIt Support team is available to answer tickets Monday-Friday during normal business hours, Pacific Time (USA). 

Notices:

  • Add to TripIt button: Smaller vendors, whose confirmation emails are not currently supported, can now place an Add to TripIt button on their confirmation page. Details can be found in our Add to TripIt button & standard confirmation email format help page.
  • Point Tracker: TripIt Pro's Point Tracker now supports more than 150 reward programs offering you the opportunity to organize your reward programs and track all your points and miles in one place. Visit our Point Tracker page for a complete list of supported programs, including airline, hotel, car, train, credit cards, and more.
  • TripIt Blog: Keep up-to-date by following the TripIt blog.

Bugs:  

  • Updated March 8: Google Sign in is available again on web and our apps.
    • March 7: Google Sign In. Some users are not able to use sign in with Google and our team is investigating.
  • Updated February 27: The calendar feed syncing issue is resolved. Any action taken in an itinerary, such as adding or editing a plan, will trigger a refresh to your feed. Your calendar application should update within 24 hours after the edits are made.
    • Calendar sync (February 25): Some user's calendar feeds are not updating when changes are made to their plans. Our team is working on a fix.
  • Some users are unable to successfully add their SMS number for Travel Alerts from our website. Our developers are investigating and in the meantime, you should be able to set up notifications from our TripIt mobile apps. Please view our help page for instructions.
