Haven't received your account verification email?
Check your junk or spam folder for the email (make sure you are in the same email account you used to create your TripIt account). Also, some companies and organizations place filters on their email that prevent the receiving of emails similar to our verification email. If that could be the case, please check with your IT department. Or your email provider could be trying to connect with an email server that uses TLS 1.0 which we no longer support. If these steps do not resolve your issue please contact TripIt Support, using the email address associated with your TripIt account and we will assist with the verification of your email address.
You may also want to add email@example.com to your email safe senders list or address book.
