On January 31, 2022, we retired TripIt for Teams.
After this date, you will no longer have access to TripIt for Teams features such as the team calendar or dashboard. Trips that you originally created or own will remain in your account.
Access to travel plans
After January 31, 2022, access to the TripIt for Teams feature will discontinue. You will still have view and edit access for existing upcoming/past Team trips until July 1, 2022. After July 1, 2022, you will not have access to any Team trips that you did not originally create or own. In order to retain plans shared with you via TripIt for Teams, contact the trip owner/traveler and ask them to invite you to the trip using TripIt’s traditional share function.
How to continue to share your trip details with others
- You can utilize TripIt’s share function to invite others to be a viewer or editor of your trip.
- TripIt Pro users can take advantage of Inner Circle to instantly send travel plans to a select group of family, friends, or colleagues.
Travel Arrangers
SAP Concur customers can still have their assistant/travel arranger set up trips in TripIt by linking to the Concur Travel arranger feature. After the accounts are linked, arrangers will have visibility into their travelers’ trips through a Concur Travel dashboard. Our help page has more details.
Why this is happening
As we have evaluated our product investments to provide the most benefit to our customers, we have decided to retire TripIt for Teams.
