New web experience: Add and edit a trip

Create a trip manually or by forwarding your vendor confirmation to

If you don't have a confirmation email or if your submission to failed, you can manually add a trip to your account.

Here's how:

  1. Click 'Add a Trip' and enter your high-level trip details such as destination and travel dates. 
  2. Click 'Save'.
  3. Then click 'Add a Plan'.
  4. Select the type of plan you want to add and we'll walk you through the rest.

Edit a trip plan:

  1. Click 'Edit Plan' next to the plan you wish to edit.
  2. Make your changes, then click 'Save'.

If you want to add additional details such as a traveler name total cost or a note:

  1. Click on the plan (in blue text).
  2. Make your selection under 'More Details'.


Move, copy or delete a trip plan:

  1. Click on the plan (in blue text).
  2. Click 'More Options' (top right).
  3. Select 'Move Plan', 'Copy Plan', or 'Delete Plan'. 

Add a document:

  1. Click on the plan (example below).Screen_Shot_2022-09-30_at_2.43.16_PM.png
  2. Click the plus (+) button.
  3. Attach your document, then click 'Upload'.

Click 'Edit Trip Info' to:

  • Update high-level trip details such as trip name and travel dates.
  • Add or update your trip photo.
  • Choose whether or not you're a traveler on a trip.

Click 'More Options' to:

  • Print trip.
  • Merge trip.
  • Delete trip.
  • Export trip to calendar.

You can switch back to the old web experience at anytime by clicking the ‘New website’ toggle in the upper right-hand corner.
