Updates:

Android app update: The TripIt Travel Planner app v13.7 for Android was released. You asked for it! Customize your trip image from the app. Choose a photo from your library or snap a picture with your camera and upload it. Change the image to a landmark, personal pic from a past visit, or plan in your itinerary, and start getting excited about your upcoming trip. We made more accessibility enhancements throughout the app. We squashed a bug found when mapping addresses with special characters. Please update your Android devices!
iOS app update: The TripIt Travel Planner app v18.7 for iOS was released. You asked for it, we made it! Now you can customize your trip image right from the app. Choose a photo from your library or snap a picture with your camera, then upload it. Change the image to a landmark, personal pic from a past visit, or activity in your itinerary, and start getting excited about your upcoming trip. We revamped Go Now so that we can more accurately notify you when to leave for the airport based on current traffic conditions. (TripIt Pro). We fixed a variety of pesky bugs: The Show All button for upcoming trips, views of shared travel plans within the app for iMessage, a broken toggle to turn on Terminal and Gate Reminders (TripIt Pro), searching for Türkiye in International Travel Tools (TripIt Pro), and more. Please update your iOS devices!
Traveler Resource Center: The Traveler Resource Center has officially gone live on the TripIt website! The Traveler Resource Center makes it easy for travelers to find the latest global travel advisories, guidelines and restrictions, alongside other helpful resources.
Alternate flights in new web experience: Pro users can now access Alternate Flights from our new web experience. Our help page has instructions.

Notices:

TripIt Blog: Keep up-to-date by following the TripIt blog.
Passwords: Account passwords now require a minimum of eight characters.
Point Tracker: TripIt Pro's Point Tracker now supports more than 150 reward programs offering you the opportunity to organize your reward programs and track all your points and miles in one place. Visit our Point Tracker page for a complete list of supported programs, including airline, hotel, car, train, credit cards, and more.
Support: The TripIt Support team is available to answer tickets Monday-Friday during normal business hours, Pacific Time (USA).

Bugs:

Inbox Sync: There is an issue with setting up Inbox Sync for Hotmail email addresses on the TripIt iOS app. Until this is resolved, you can set up Inbox Sync from our website. Our help page has instructions.
Point Tracker: United Airlines is not updating properly in Point Tracker. In the meantime, you can track your United Airlines program in Point Tracker by forwarding your reward summary emails to points@tripit.com. We are working to resolve this issue and will update this page when it is fixed.
