Point Tracker security question

Some Point Tracker accounts require answering a security question.  


As an added layer of protection, some rewards programs require their users to set a security question and answer in addition to a user name and password when they create their accounts.

  • If you see a Point Tracker alert asking you to answer a security question, click the Answer security question link. You'll see your security question; just enter the answer you set on the provider website and click Save to continue.
  • Some programs may require you to answer multiple questions. If you see the security question alert again, follow the same steps above to access your account.
  • If you need to reset your security question or need assistance with your program credentials, please visit the program website. TripIt cannot help you reset your reward-program credentials with the program provider.
