Your primary email address is the email address TripIt uses to send emails and notifications.
You can change your primary email address in the TripIt website and TripIt app.
Please note, new trip creation emails are sent to the email address used to submit the vendor confirmation to [email protected].
How to update your primary email address
In the TripIt website:
- Sign in on the TripIt website.
- Click your 'Profile' icon (upper right of any page).
- Select 'Account' > 'Profile'.
- Click the email address you want as your new primary email address.
- Click 'Set as primary email address'.
In the TripIt app:
- Open the Android or iOS app.
- Tap the 'Account' tab (bottom right) > Tap your name/email address (top of page).
- Select the email address you want as your new primary email address.
- Tap 'Make This the Primary Email' (iOS) or tap
(top right on Android) and select 'Make This the Primary Email'.
- Tap 'OK'.
