Add or remove an email address

Add or remove an email address from your account at anytime. 

Add an email address

TripIt website

1. Click the Profile icon (top right).
2. Select Account > Profile.
3. Click Add Email Address.
4. Enter your new email address and follow the prompts.

TripIt app:

1. Tap Account (bottom right).
2. Tap your name (top of screen).
3. Tap Add Another Email Address.
4. Enter your new email address and follow the prompts.

Remove an email address

TripIt website

1. Click the Profile icon (top right of any page).
2. Select Account > Profile.
3. Click on the email address you'd like to remove.
4. Click Remove.

TripIt app:

1. Tap Account (bottom right).
2. Tap your name (top of screen).
3. Select the email address you'd like to remove.
4. Tap Remove Email (iOS) or tap (Android) then select Remove Email Address.

Please note: A primary email address cannot be removed. You’ll need to set a different email address as the primary one first, then you’ll be able to remove it. Visit our related help page for instructions: Change primary email address
