Resolve Conflict

If you see a conflict displayed on a specific flight segment in your itinerary, it means we have received conflicting versions of your itinerary and need you to confirm which is current. 


We recommend resolving any flight conflicts as soon as possible so your itinerary displays the most current flight details.


TripIt website:

  1. From the Trips page, select the trip associated with the flight conflict. 
  2. Click "Resolve now" in the banner at the top of the itinerary. 
  3. From here, you'll see each submitted flight segment.
  4. Select the most current flight. 
  5. Click "Keep Selected Plan".

TripIt app:


Android:

  1. Tap the flight segment with the conflict.
  2. Tap(top right of screen).
  3. Select the most current flight then tap 'Keep Selected Version'.

iOS:

  1. Tap the flight segment associated with the conflict.
  2. Tap Resolve. 
  3. Select the most current flight.
  4. Tap "Keep Selected Version".
