You can end your TripIt Pro subscription at anytime.
- If you are currently in a Pro free trial and do not wish to continue with an annual subscription, you will need to cancel prior to the end of the 30th day of your trial to prevent a charge to your credit card.
- If you are in a current annual Pro subscription and do not wish to renew for another year, you will need to cancel your subscription before the renewal date to prevent a charge to your credit card.
You can only cancel your TripIt Pro subscription from our website at this time. You may have noticed we've redesigned our web experience. You still have the option to access your account from our legacy site so we've included instructions for both.
From our new web experience:
- Click the Profile icon.
- Select 'Account and Security' > 'Subscription and Billing'.
- Click 'Cancel TripIt Pro'.
From our legacy site:
- Click your user name (top right) > Settings > Billing information.
- Click the Cancel TripIt Pro link.
TripIt Pro purchased through Apple
If your TripIt Pro subscription was purchased through Apple, your cancellation must be processed on your iOS device. For detailed instructions, please view the Apple support page on viewing, changing, or cancelling your subscriptions.
TripIt Pro purchased through Google Play

Please note.
- All fees and charges already made to your credit card per the user agreement consented to at time of sign up are non-refundable. This includes charges that were made due to not canceling your free trial prior to the end of the trial period and for annual renewals of non-cancelled subscriptions.
