Update TripIt Pro billing information

You can update your TripIt Pro billing information at any time on our website.

To keep your TripIt Pro subscription active, make sure your credit card information is up-to-date on the Billing Information page within your account.

You may have noticed we've redesigned our web experience. You may still have the option to access your account from our legacy site so we've included instructions for both.

From our new web experience:

  1. Click the Profile icon.
  2. Select 'Account and Security' > 'Subscription and Billing'.
  3. From here, you can update your credit card details.

From our legacy site:

  1. Click the arrow next to your user name and select Settings
  2. Click Billing Info then Edit Card to adjust your current credit card information (expiration date, postal code, etc.) or click Use a Different Card to change your credit card.

Please note, upgrading to TripIt Pro is only available from our mobile apps for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) accounts at this time.
