Delete an entire trip

You can delete a trip from your account from our website and Android and iOS apps.

You may have noticed we've redesigned our web experience. You still have the option to access your account from our legacy site so we've included instructions for both.


From our new web experience:

  1. From the Trips page, select the trip you want to delete.
  2. Click 'More Options' and select 'Delete Trip' from the dropdown menu.


From our legacy site:

  1. From the Trips page.
  2. Click the Delete' link  for the trip you want to delete.

From our our Android and iOS apps:

  1. Open the trip.
  2. Tap Screen_Shot_2019-06-11_at_4.40.01_AM.png (top right of Android) or Screen_Shot_2022-06-21_at_9.14.07_AM.png (top right of iOS).
  3. Tap Delete Trip.


*Please note, once deleted, it is not possible to reinstate (undelete) a trip. You can, however, resubmit your confirmation emails to [email protected] and a new trip will be created.
