If some of your plans aren't showing up or updating in your calendar, there are a couple of possible reasons.
1. You might have multiple accounts.
If you happen to forward a travel confirmation email to [email protected] from an email address that is not associated with your main TripIt account, we'll automatically create a new account for that address. If you need to merge accounts, please view our Merge accounts help page for instructions.
2. Calendar is not set to display plans.
If you're not seeing plans displayed, you may need to enable this option. You can do this in the TripIt app by going to 'Account' > 'Settings' > Calendar Sync > Enable 'Include Detailed Items'. In the TripIt website, go to your Calendar Feed settings and check the 'Display individual plans within a trip' box.
3. Your calendar's cache may not have updated (reset the feed).
Each calendar application is different. They can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to update calendar feeds. If you want to reset your calendar feed, please view our Reset your calendar feed help page for instructions.
4. You may not be marked as a traveler on the trip
If you are marked as a planner, the trip will not appear in your calendar feed. If you want to mark yourself as a traveler, please view our Update trip share permissions help page for instructions.
