When creating your ticket:

  • Enter "Pro Billing" in the subject line.
  • Select "TripIt Pro" as the category.

We will make every effort to respond to you within one business day. 


Receipts can be found on the our website.

  1. Click the Profile icon (top right).
  2. Select Account.
  3. Click Subscription and Billing.
  4. From here, you can view and print your receipts.


Please note: Subscription costs already charged to your credit card are non-refundable.  This includes charges that were made due to not canceling your free trial prior to the end of the trial period and for annual renewals of non-cancelled subscriptions. TripIt does not offer phone support.
